Nutrient added to biochar gives better chances for trout growth. Surrounding vegetation and sandy soil prevents the young seedling from getting nutrients. Biochar with added nutrients ensures a better start to the young seedling’s growth.
It is easy to add biochar at the planting stage of the nursery. Add about 2dl of biochar to the planting tube and the seedling after it.
